Robin Clegg has been involved in every aspect of real estate since 2002. From sales, financing, and investment he brings a well-rounded approach to the whole process. He focuses on client experience and satisfaction and his goal is to create a long relationship based on success and competency.

Vanessa Hare has many family ties in the real estate industry and offers over 17 years of experience. She is a rare, native born Calgarian and graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelors of Arts in Communications in 2005.

Ruth is third generation Realtor© and was born and raised in Ottawa. Ruth moved to Calgary with family in 2016 for school and made Calgary her home. She originally worked for Joel Semmens as an admin and then moved on to a teaching career before officially becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2021.

Jennifer Forbes started her real estate career over 22 years ago, first originating in Ottawa. She transitioned to Calgary shortly thereafter in 2002 and met Joel Semmens creating the team name Semmens & Associates.

Sarah has been the team manager with Semmens and Associates for over 5 years. She offers 16 years of an administration and contracts background. Sarah loves being behind the scenes in helping assist in every way possible ensuring that every transaction goes through smoothly.
